Who We Serve
Enjoy Your Retirement And Care For The Ones You Love
Good-fit partnerships start with mutual trust, respect and open communication. Whatever your circumstances, you deserve an advisor who treats you like a person, not a portfolio. If you value steady guidance from a team that knows you, listens well and genuinely enjoys the people they serve, you are probably our kind of client.

Build A Financial Life That Supports The People You Love
Your money should help you care for your family, enjoy your life and prepare for what comes next. We help you make thoughtful decisions around saving, investing, retirement, insurance and legacy so your plan protects and supports the people and priorities that matter most.
Pre-Retirees
Get Ready To Retire With A Plan For What Comes Next
As retirement gets closer, important questions become more tangible: Do I have enough? When can I stop working? How do I turn savings into income? We help you prepare for the transition from accumulation to distribution with a plan built around your income needs, lifestyle goals and family priorities.
Retirees
Enjoy Retirement Without Losing Sight Of The Road Ahead
Retirement should give you more room for family, travel, hobbies and the relaxing lifestyle you worked hard to build. We help you manage income, withdrawals, investments and legacy planning so your money can continue supporting you through the years ahead.
Physicians & Dentists
Take Care Of Your Finances Like You Take Care Of Your Patients
After years of caring for patients and building your practice or career, your financial plan should help protect what you have earned. We help physicians and dentists coordinate retirement income, investments, tax-aware planning, insurance and legacy goals into a strategy that supports life beyond the office.
Farmers
Make Sure Your Wealth Can Weather The Seasons
Farming is more than a business. It is often a family legacy, a livelihood and a way of life. We help farmers think through retirement income, succession, estate considerations and long-term planning so the wealth you have built can support both your life today and the next generation.
Automotive Industry Professionals
Shift From A Long Career Into A Retirement Built To Last
After decades of steady work, retirement can bring big decisions around pensions, savings, benefits and income. We help automotive industry professionals understand their options and build a plan designed to support travel, family time and long-term financial security.
Questions We Hear Before The First Meeting
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional has completed rigorous education, examination, and experience requirements, and is held to a fiduciary standard, meaning we're required to act in your best interest, not just recommend something that's "suitable." At Kyle Atkins Financial Group, several of our advisors hold the CFP® designation, along with the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations for the states of Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and North and South Carolina. But beyond the letters, what matters is the relationship. Credentials tell you an advisor knows what they're doing. The way they listen, show up, and communicate tells you whether they're actually going to do it well for you specifically.
It's not too late. The years right before retirement are some of the most important ones to get right. A lot of people come to us in their mid-to-late 50s or early 60s and assume the window has closed. It hasn't. What matters at this stage is how you structure what you have, when you claim Social Security, how you sequence income withdrawals, and whether your insurance and estate documents are current. We've helped many clients walk into retirement feeling far more prepared than they expected after just a few focused planning conversations.
Our standard amount of check-ins for clients is quarterly meetings: four intentional sit-downs per year where we review your plan, talk through what's changed in your life, and make sure everything is still on track. We also stay in touch in between when something comes up.
Absolutely. It's important that you work with someone who understands the agricultural picture rather than someone who only knows traditional investment portfolios. Land-heavy wealth comes with its own planning challenges: cash flow variability, estate and succession complexity, long-term care considerations, and decisions around when and how to transition the farm to the next generation. We've worked with farming families across the Spartanburg region long enough to understand these factors.
We believe the most important factor isn't the size of your portfolio. It's whether we're a good fit for each other. Our best client relationships are built on mutual trust, open communication, and a shared commitment to the planning process. If you're not sure whether you are a fit, we still encourage you to reach out. The first conversation is always worth having, and we'll be straightforward with you about whether we're the right home for your wealth management needs.
